The Fiery Ceylon Company was originally started as a recognition that Sri Lanka produces fantastic world class spices and the many similarities and parallels to Ceylon spices. Our current journey is focusing on supporting the spice industry with a continuous sterilization process that allows exporters to easily value-add and reach a larger customer base.

In the Cinnamon family, the highest grade cinnamon comes from Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum), a plant indigenous to Sri Lanka. Cinnamon grown and produced in Sri Lanka has acquired a long standing reputation in the international market due to its unique quality, colour, flavour and aroma.
Turmeric Powder
Turmeric is a very essential, golden spice. Originating in the Tamil Nadu region of southeastern India, turmeric is now a staple of many Sri Lankan cuisines. With its golden color and flavor in any dish you use, it saves you a meal that looks royal.
The yellow root is the family of ginger and is grown under those conditions.
